Founded by Angel Marin Sr., Burrito Express began with a vision: a family-run Mexican restaurant serving authentic food with fast, friendly service and deep community roots. Today, that vision lives on through his sons, Angel Marin Jr. and Mark Marin, who now run and operate the business. Even Angel’s grandson has stepped into a management role—making Burrito Express a true multi-generational, family-led legacy. From the beginning, it’s always been about flavor, family, and the people we serve.
